During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

I haven been taking Levora for six months and have had a lot of hair loss and very bad acne. I stopped taking it this week. I hope my hair will grow back, it looks much thinner, especially in the front of my scalp. I am only 26 and used to have very thick hair.

I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 months now and it's been alright. Slight mood swings, little bit of nausea in the mornings, and some pretty gnarly headaches but thats it. No weight gain. No acne. No spotting. No cramping. I'm starting on the brand name version (Desogen) this month because planned parenthood didn't have any Reclipsen left, and I'm hoping that things will stay the same. Used to keep away infections during my cancer treatments, but caused a lot of nausea. Constantly throwing up and feeling sick led more than with the other antibiotics led me to request a different antibiotic after the first dose was up.

Benadryl is a great medicine to stop an allergic reaction. I take the 12.5 childrens grape chewables and usually only need to take one to stop my reaction. The only downfall is it makes me a little sleepy
