This is a chemically manufactured product which is like coenzyme Q-10. It is a powerful antioxidant. Other ingredients include rice flour and gelatine capsule.

Possible uses include:
Treatment of Alzheimer's disease;
Friedreich's Ataxia, which is marked by heart failure, dyspnea, and muscle weakness;

25 Sep 2009 Are you using it for Ataxia? If so, there are some herbal substitutes in India but they are pretty esoteric here in the US.
