I have had pain in my muscles and joints as well as severe pain in my left arm/hand. My ability to do resistence (weight) training has been diminished. I can not lift as much weight and the weight I do lift, I cannot do as many reps. I get extremely dizzy if any exercise involves stooping or bending.

My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. My psychiatrist switched me to one in the early morning and one in afternoon and, ever since, the change has been ridiculous. I was prescribed this medicine because I was having issues with constipation. I didn't like the taste that much but it helped with the problem. I saw good results after 1 glass and I really enjoyed that.
