I took levora for about 6 months and had to stop because the side effects. I had never taken the pill before this and didn't know what to expect. I gained about 20 lbs within the first 4 months and constantly had breast tenderness. I had extreme mood swings and a complete loss of sex drive. I often felt tired and dizzy, and for days at a time would experience terrible headaches. I have taken Differin two different times. The first time Differin was just in a progression of increasingly strong topical acne medications, the first time the the Differin was ineffective in treating my acne. I then progressed and took Accutane which significantly improved my acne. I now use Differin cream as needed to treat random break-outs on my face and I now, having eliminted the severe acne with Accutane, I am able to use Differin with satisfaction.
