I used to not be able to sleep until at least an hour after laying down because I would constantly be thinking and simply not be able to fall asleep. After a few days of taking 3 mg before bed, however, I began sleeping within 15 minutes, which is amazing.

This is a great birth control. It does affect sex drive, though. It's nice that injections are every three months instead of a pill everyday. The injection site does hurt for up to three days after day of injection. Have had no period, cramping, bleeding, bloating, or headaches for a year now which is great!

I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. I have also been experiencing some problems with finding the right words and thinking straight, though I suppose this could be a sign of getting older. But I'm only 36, so I'm not that old! I took this medication in conjunction with the Digoxin and I feel it has made a difference in the Afib. I really like both of the medications and I would recommend them both to others who are having the same problem as me.

I take Accutane for my severe facial acne. I love how well it clears up my face. There is an extreme noticeable difference in my skin and self confidence. It can have some rough side effects though. The medication often makes me feel queasy and nauseous. I also get moody at times because of it but I think it is worth dealing with to receive the benefits.
