I am taking N-plate for over twp months now and have no side effects at all. My platelet counts are now steady to 50-70. 000 I cannot complain, I prefer it from prednisone treatment or a splenectomy.

I have endometriosis and have tried several birth controls to try and regulate my periods. This specific one made it much worse. I pretty much bled every day for the three months that I was on it.

I was prescribed mesalazine for colitis. Initially my condition improved but could have been improving anyway. Since taking it, I have always been tired and weak. I have some bouts of dizziness and numbness in my hand/finger. I reduce the dosage and improved. When I increased the dosage my condition worsened.

Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. My doctor presribed low ogestrel because irregular period that had been on for 5 weeks. I had to take 4 for 4 days 3 for 3 days 2 for 2 days then 1 a day. After the first two days i started having severe anxiety attacks. Then i started having irregular heartbeats, short of breathe, nervousness, migranes and loss of energy. I have stopped taking them and waiting for my follow visit in two day with my doctor. And most of my symptom has ceased.
