Generally my experience has been good as my blood pressure is now under control.. I am taking three other drugs; Simvastatin 20 mg tablets, 1 per day and Omeprazole 20 mg capsules, 1 per day and 2 Benedryl tablets per night. I have experienced some dizziness, some depression, several bouts of optic migraine, slight to medium daily constipation, some slight weight gain, some memory difficulties (could be age related). I have a very hectic and stressful life - Xanax brings a peace and calm to me that I cannot naturally develop. It allows me to keep my life balance and has definitely helped me out greatly. The only down side is that I have to be careful mixing alcohol with the drug. It's not pretty when you do!
