Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. Also, they were lasting longer - instead of 5-7 days, they were 7-10 days and heavy cramping, bleeding, and pain. Now - I am 40 years old. I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. Tylenol is not the best for quick enough to relieve pain. it is however good in slowing down the pain. for example, it works well on relieving y headache, menstrual pain, and occasionally the cold. the cold doesn't stop but its not as severe. i don't necessarily depend on it, but once in a while it helps me get a little bit better than i was.
