Xanax

I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

I do not like Metformin at all, the side effect of diahrrea causes too much trouble for me because I have Ciliac's disease/

Microgestin

When I switched to Microgestin I started getting extreme dry mouth, especially at night time when laying down. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth/gums will be completely dry to the point where I can't make my own saliva. Also, I've gained a lot of weight since taking it. Lotrimin AF

I used lotrimin AF to treat two ringworm infections that I had. One was on my leg and the other on my arm. The one on my leg cleared up within two weeks. However, the one on my arm remained after treating it for 4 weeks. I eventually had to use a prescription cream to get rid of it. Lotrimin AF can be effective depending on the infection, but it takes time. It relieves the itch as well.

I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.

heart disease runs in my family, so anything i can do to keep a healthy heart is great. This also helps with my blood pressure. Since starting I can honstly say that my bp has been lower than it usually is.

Metronidazole

I found that metronidazole made my skin more sensitive to the sun. My dermatologist reccomended that I only apply at night before I go to sleep but that didn't help. Soon after I stopped using metronidazole and started putting on sunscreen daily, my face cleared up.
