I take Sudafed when I have a head cold. It helps unplug my ears but it does not work everytime I take it. I do recommend it.

I was put on ativan 3 times per day starting in january for panic attacks that I was having. The problem with ativan is that if you are having a panic attack it takes a while for the medicine to kick in and stop it. I also was having some side effects with it such as tremors and nightmares. My doctor switched me to xanax and I liked it a lot better. It stopped my panic attacks within 10 minutes of taking the medicine vs the hour it took to stop them when I was taking the adivan. Carbimazole is a new drug for me. I am diabetic and it has dropped my iinsulin level slightly. I feel emotionally low. No positive effects yet.

Loestrin has been effective for me. My periods are much less painful and occur less than they used to (2-3 days every month). I don't bleed hardly at all and cramps are minimal. Also, I've lost weight on Loestrin and I generally feel better.
