Tylenol is a good go-to pain and headache reducer. It's always in my medicine cabinet as a backup for when I don't feel my best. For the most part, it works well. Sometimes though, I just feel a little weak and need to lie down for a bit.

I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. In a study of 11,813 girls receiving the Gardasil vaccine, 2 developed rheumatoid arthritis, 5 developed arthritis, 1 developed reactive arthritis, and 1 developed juvenile arthritis. In the control group of similarly-aged young girls, all of whom received placebo shots also containing aluminum , 1 recipient developed lupus and 2 developed arthritis. I like Zicam because it gets rid of my very stuffy nose when I have allergies, i just spray it once or twice and it gets rid of my congestion and stuffy nose. Overall good medication to get rid of allergic congestion.
