I have been using nuvaring over 4 months now. Have experienced no problems. I feel that a lot of complaints from other users is from incorrect use and from unhealthy individuals trying to use a hormonal method. I think that if you are healthy (not overweight, excercise regularly, etc.) before use than you will have less side effects. Changing to this synthetic analogue, described to me as "the greatest thing for Type 1 diabetics" by my diabetic team was a decision I now deeply regret. Ativan was Rx'd my mother, after awful side effects developed using Seroquel. We used half the max dose rec by her doctor. Mom is 90 and has almost stage 7 Alzheimer's. She was Rx'd Seroquel after being combative in the hospital and having "wanna die" delusions. I am a 42 year old nursing student and I don't think that I would be able to continue with the nursing program if I was not on Vyvanse . Since being on Vyvanse I have been able to think clearly as well as remember material for school. Before medication I was studying 5 to 6 hours per night. and I would barely pass now with the same amount of studying my grades have improved greatly. My personality has changed Im not as hyper or ditzy anymore. Im very happy with Vyvanse.
