this "helps" a bit with tinea versicolor but it doens't ever seem to cure it completely. (or make the spots fade completely). what does work?

There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

I believe I suffered from depression and anxiety for many years before being officaly diagnosed. I finally seeked help when it was affecting my ability to be a good wife and mother. Xyzal should be taken off the market. I know as with all medication there are side affects but none compared to the very bad hallucinations which put me in the hospital. I reported Xyzal to the FDA. The hallucinations I can compare to would be like being on LSD if anybody knows what LSD feels like. The funny thing about this is only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallucinations so everyone should be aware of the side affects of this and all medications

Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. I have been told to take stool softeners and the occasional laxative to help with constipation which worsen the bladder feeling. For the past month I have taken 3 stool softeners every night before bed time and the don't help. The stool become so hard, when I wipe I find blood from the lining. The first day I started taking Celexa (20mg/per day) I got theee worst jaw chenching. I yawned probly 20 times or more in an hour, and at night when I was going to bed I was sooo tired, I layed down, I could NOT sleep. I layed in bed for four hours trying to sleep, tossing and turning.
