i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

vI have been on Lyrica for Neuropathy for the past 5 and 1/2 years. It worked about 70-75% of the time for the first few years but now it works less than 40% of the time. My biggest problems with the Lyrica is the side effects-you name them I have them; weight gain (30-40 pounds), chills, night sweats, insomnia, depression, fatique, lack of motivation, memory loss, confusion, sleepiness, abdominal pain, GI bleeding, nose bleeds. Hi, Im Paul and I have been using Crestor for High Cholesterol for six months. At first, I had some fairly uncomfortable muscle pains and spasms, but they have subsided since I started taking generic crestor instead. (I dont know why this is) so I buy generic crestor online and Ive not had the muscle spasms as bad since. I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression. Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.
