I don' tthink that medication works for me. The way they advertise it on TV, you think it is going to work so well and have effects, but for me, nothing at all. I do not like medications anyways.

I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I've been getting heart burn due to acid reflux since i was about 14. At first tums worked for immediate relief but as it's gotten worse I started taking zantac 75. Zantac works quickly when I take it once heartburn starts and its nice becuase I do not have to take it daily in order for it to be effective if I don't want to

have been on Effexor 12 yeas after trying several others Have found the XR dosing not as effective as the 3/times per day. have tried chging medications, however the withdrawal symptoms have not been worth it, so I continue on Effexor, the most effective for me
