I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better. Cymbalta change my whole well being. I have blurred vision, severe short term memory loss, anxiety and an electrical shock like sensation when ever there was a loud noise or I was startled. I was taking Cymbalta for nerve pain, which it did help for the first two weeks then all hell broke lose. Stopping Cymbalta was terrible even though I was only on the Cymbalta for 4 weeks.
