I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

Pomegranates definitely have a lot of health benefits. I have not yet seen any results, but I do not take pomegranates on a prescribed dosage.

I started taking Chantix two weeks ago, the first week was fine, while I was smoking, when I quit smoking on the second week I thought that I might have an immunity to the meds because I was climbing the walls... like you do when you are having a nicotine fit, by the end of the second week I developed a skin rash with lesions varying in size from a pin point to a dime size. The first night I took Tizanidine, I was very drowsy and dizzy as if I were in a drunken stupor. I could not function at normal speeds and could not even stay awake to read a paper. Every night after the first night, I was fine!

Prescribed by my doctor after surgery and it was a horrible experience. Did not want to take after the first time. Drug put me in a different mind frame. Very incoherent and dizzy with inability to clear mind. Very strange experience. Better able to tolerate the pain than this drug.

Previous to Prozac I had taken Effexor XR for about 6 years for anxiety. I was switched from Effexor XR to Prozac because of the headaches I got while taking Effexor, but I've still noticed the headaches with Prozac, and I've had so much more anxiety. I'm starting the transition to Cymbalta tomorrow, wish me luck!
