About a year ago, I was told by my doctor to take it as a trial, because side effects of the tablet may reduce warts. After 2 weeks of taking it, there was no change to the primary condition, as I only experienced the side effects of serve stomach cramps, along with headaches. Since there was no change, my doctor said I can stop taking the medicine. Within a day the pains were gone. I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Macrobid relieved my symptoms for my UTI ie the burning when I uriniate and pelvic pain however I still had the infection. It only temporarily relieved symptoms and did not get rid of the infection.

Tylenol really does take my headaches away. The tylenol i use most often is the 8 hour tylenol. I also use it for the pain i feel in my shoulder because of my injury in wrestling.
