I was getting worse and worse over the years, finding myself angry all the time and depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I tried a lot of excercie (essential if you are depressed) and St Johns Wort. The St Johns Wort helped a little bit., but not much. I went to the doctor and started taking Zoloft 50mg. I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. It has a great taste, which makes it much easier to take as need, it isn't a dreaded experience. I was satisfied with the results.
