I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? Everytime I had a headache or pain for something, I would take Ibuprofen to help the pain go away. It helped so much. This is my favorite medicine for a headache.

Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult.
