I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I started taking xanax shortly after my daughter was born 2 1/2 years ago and have had amazing results. I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

I really like this medication, but my only complaint is the price. I really like that I don't have to remember to use it every day, and that it has no side effects except an improved skin complexion.

My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.

Zegerid has made my ankles swell. I am guessing it is the extra sodium it contains. It has helped my belching problem, however, it has contributed to a higher blood pressure reading.
