Mirena is incredibly convenient. The worse part would be the "installation". I experienced some cramping that same day, along with some spotting over a period of about a month, maybe two. After that, it has been such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to "remember" to take my pills or that I have to double up this day, etc.

I have been on Levora for almost two years now and I have had major hair loss. I used to have large poofy extremely thick hair which i hated before.. But now that Its gone, I'd say about 30% loss I miss it so much. Im also not sure if this is a direct side effect but I get a sensitive scalp as well. DayQuil didn't fully take my headache away so a few hours after I took DayQuil, I took Ibuprofen and it took all of my headache away and the aches in my body. I recommend it.

I would suggest asking for ANY alternative before taking this drug. I was switched to another one with no better/worse help but none of the foggy head, lethary, and weight gain. 30 pounds in two months could be dangerous for some people.
