I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.

I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I don't like the feeling of slight suffocation. It causes me anxiety. For that reason I am seeing my doctor and electing to take the shot instead. Amoxicillin worked in preventing infections after I had surgery, but I had a bit of a dry mouth and dizzy spells. However, apart from the side effects there were no negative consequences and I have no complaints.
