I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine. In the third month and continuing on i get horrific cramps on the 2nd saturday of each pack. (i have been on this pill now for 8 months) I cannot move because I am in so much pain. I started spironolactone for my hormonal acne as an alternative to birth control. It takes about 3 months to work, but it works very well! For me, the spironolactone worked very well for 6 months, but has been working less effectively in the last few months
