I was considering Accutane for cycstic acne, but thought the blood tests, joint pain and peeling lips side effects were a bit much. This was a last resort recommended by the dermo I was regularly seeing, and I am pleased with it. I've been using it for several years for acne on my face and occasionally on my back as well. Better than all other cold relievers. Usually controls symptoms within 1-3 days from initiating usage. Have not experience any or minimal side effects; none long-term.

Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. This was prescribed to me in USA but now that I am in India, I need more information before I consult a physician here. this medication made my condition worsen, it made the symptoms of my crohn's disease worsen. The medication became toxic to my body.

I can't get off on this medication, can't drink alchohol, and the tiredness from the medication is noticable to everyone. I kind of noticed irregular heart beats on medication, as well a strong decrease in energy, and ability to sleep at night.
