I went to my primary care physician today because I've been experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches for some months now. Had a bout of Epstein Barr last summer so assumed I was still fighting the infection or possibly something else was amiss with my health. same with me, extremely uncomfortable discontinuation symptoms post 24 hours (feels like I have the flu) - does anyone have any insight into how long it takes for those symptoms to fade? I'd like to get off the meds

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing.
