I've found Aspirin and Advil to both pretty equally keep my headaches/migraines under wraps. I haven't seen any side effects any time that I have used either medication.

Cymbalta change my whole well being. I have blurred vision, severe short term memory loss, anxiety and an electrical shock like sensation when ever there was a loud noise or I was startled. I was taking Cymbalta for nerve pain, which it did help for the first two weeks then all hell broke lose. Stopping Cymbalta was terrible even though I was only on the Cymbalta for 4 weeks. My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects.
