Having taken clonazepam approx; for six years (chronic pain). April 2004 I underwent surgery for a spinalcord stimulator implant, which was very successful. Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter. I am an active athlete, and my performance was greatly effected by my allergies. Since taking Claritin my allergies have all but gone away, and I can lead a normal life. Not sure, but I think it causes some paranoia sometimes, though I do not have any visual or auditory hallucinations, and have never been diagnosed with any mental issues. I find as the length of time increases for me being on Vicodin, I find myself sometimes suffering from frequent paranoia, even though I have not increase the dosage my doctor prescribed. I used this drug in my insulin pump. I have to take a bolus and a recommended amount prescribed by my doctor according to my A1C. In my opinion it is not much different from the insulin I take now. The only reason I changed insulin is because my new insulin was more readily available to my endocrinologist.
