It took some time to adjust the medication. The initial dose was too high for me. I was crying, upset and had not motivation to be active. After the dose was lowered, my happiness returned but some of the pain as returned too.

Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Oxycodone HCl is far and away the best drug available in the UK for chronic pain. The problem is the blatant lie on box and PIL that the duration of action is 12 hours. In my experience I begin to feel pain at around six and am in agony again by 6.5-7 hours after taking. My doctor refuses point blank to issue me recue medications which I have to obtain through other services than the NHS.
