I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... I have been very please with Humira. When I was diagnosed with RA and PSA, I wasn't sure I could ever get relief. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks my Psoriasis cleared completely and the pain, swelling, and fatigue lifted shortly thereafter. I have to admit, it is not a pleasure to always know I have to give myself the shot, but the relief I get outweighs the fear. I actually have a life back.
