My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. I took Lupron Depot in 12/09 prior to hysterectomy to shrink a fibroid. Never worked and now I have developed hashimotos and continued breathng problems. I had a complete physical in 5/09 and was in excellent health except for heavy periods due to fibroid. Wish doctor had give me birth control pills instead. Do not take this drug unless you have no other options.

I've been on sandomigran for at least 3 years now. I recently went up to 3 per day but it's not working. It worked really well for ages but no longer and the side effects are getting harder to tolerate. I find they have incresased on the higher dose so I am going back to the neurologist to see if there is an alternative. I've tried lots of other meds though. Hopefully there is something out there that can help.

Did you see a doc about the hair loss? When I asked my GYN about it, she said it wasn't related to the Lybrel because my hormones were "the most stable they've ever been". But now I'm seeing on line that other people have experienced this - I've lost a substantial part of my eyebrows and my scalp hair is thinning. I'm beginning to think I'd rather have periods!
