I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. I wonder if my use of Asmanex could be causing my gums to be raw and sore. I never had that problem prior to taking it and brush and floss religiously.

Sandostatin-Lar was very good at controlling my diarrea at first, but as the months wnet on I started to be very sick and had most of the serious side effects. Tingling in hands and feet, bloating leading to a lot of pain, vomiting acid, back ache, pain every time I ate due the wind build up.
