Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.
