its reccomended that i take it by my doctor. i have no choice but to follow his advice if i want to stay alive. i dont really like pills so if i didnt have to take it i wouldnt take it. but overall i guess it works so it serves its purpose.

When this medication was administered through IV I felt as if it worked better, I felt such a great relief but then as I took it sublingual it had a bad after taste and it relieved my nausea but I guess i was expecting the same effect as through IV, but it did help the nausea a lot, and I could sleep better and actually be around food. Great medication besides the bad after taste.

My doctor has had me try several different medicines for Bi-Polar disorder. We settled on Depakote because it seemed to do an adequate job with fewer side effects than the other medicines. It seems that since I have been taking it, I have started having more side effects. I have extreme hair loss (although it does grow back) and kidney pain. I have a constant fatigue. It has not made me feel better or "normal".

The whole process starts with getting rid of toxins, both external factors such as smoking and looking at the "gut" and any dysbiosis that may be in itself producing endotoxins from poor digestion and poor elimination. Without starting here(detox and gut repair) the likely hood of overcoming a hyper thyroid is pretty poor. mummy had said it would be good to help detox and that it would be a good substitute for reg tea (caffeine!)I'm not sure i liked anything about it -tasted horrible
