I have been taking the 40 mg for many years now and in the past 3 months I was told to take another 40 mg and to split it in half so that I am taking 60 mg. I did not like this as much because I would feel more comfortable taking a 60 mg pill, but since they do not make that I will see if this help my level get back in place.

After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight. My daughter began taking Ortho-cept in August of 2009. It was the only prescription drug or any other , besides an occasional headache medicine she took. On September 11, 2009, she became light-headed at her college dorm and passed out. She came to and went again to get her roomate from another room and passed out a second time upon arriving there after only being there a few minutes. Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking.
