Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!! Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate! There is nothing worse than being unable to not breathe! I would have to tell myself to be calm and let the acid bubbles subside to catch a breathe. The acidic cough is the worst! Nexium is the best! took ambien initail by itself but it did not help me fall asleep. I started to take it with two other medicines that were ativan and trileptal. these only worked when I took all three together to fall asleep
