JUst started this med. Any comments would help. P.S Ian also thating this medication with "Keppra" and Mysoline". These med are taken for a Epilespy. If anyone knows of "bad" interactions with theses 3 Medications ,please post a comment. Thanks.

Developed Parkinson's after 4 yrs of Lipitor therapy for "primary prevention". No fly Hx of neurodegenerative ds; no fly hx of cardiovascular ds. Just mildly elevated TC. Am aware of others who feel Parkinson's due to lipitor, and 2 who feel ALS due to lipitor. Switched to Quasense after having been on Yaz for three years. Never experienced any side effects with Yaz, but I was concerned with the increase in price under new insurance and my GYN was concerned with the recent lawsuits. The first day taking Quasense resulted in severe cramping, feeling constantly on the verge of vomiting, and intense body chills. This lasted for almost two days straight. Needless to say, I called my GYN after some research and will no longer be taking this awful drug.

What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

Ever since I started I have noticed my gums are very inflamed and bleed alot. And this is a side effect of Yasmin so I believe this is why it has happened.
