Within about w two hours, I had all the diigestion-related symptoms of the flu (even though I do not and did not have the flu). Without getting too graphic, let me just say that my system emptied itself completely via both ends within about 1 half-hour. Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. Using Carbilev for many years has improved my quality of life but I needed Sinemet 200mg at night so that I could function if I got up during the night. Was on Pexola for several years then did not do so well and came off and started Stelivo. Stelivo was used with Carbilev for about 6 months. I have recurrent UTIs and so my doctor often prescribes me cipro. The UTI usually goes away after about 3 days of medication. I love how quickly cipro relieves the pain, however, it is important that you take all of the medication prescribed and that the doctor gives you enough as you can become resistant and/or get a kidney infection if not all of the bacteria is killed.

Works well once it starts working, however, it does take a while to start working. Does not upset my stomach like other pain relievers and anti-inflammatories. Also, the small pill size of the 200ml is nice and easy to swallow.
