My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. When I first started taking the medication it gave my significant headaches, dizziness and a stomach ache, but after one week the side effects stopped. I am so glad for this medication because it has stopped my coranary artery from spasming and the chest pain is finally gone. I used to have chest pain, in varying strengths, all day long, and now I am chest pain free.
