Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.

I find it is extremely slow in taking effect and eventually the result aren't as good as they once were requiring 2 tablets instead of one wich i try to avoid.

I take it whenever I need it, sometimes with ibuprofen, and it always helps. Without food though, I get nauseous.

I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. I also had to switch from loestrin because of insurance and so far this pill has proved to be horrible. I have horrible migraines and stomach aches and my moods are incredibly up and down. I am extremely emotional and impatient and this is not like me at all! Also I've been very low energy and constantly feel like I need to sleep. This is month 3 and I'm calling it quits..

Takes 2-4 days before noticing effects, not very effective. Produces slight side effect of minor skin rash and dry skin. Switched to more highly effective ointments. Seems have to apply more than prescribed per day (three times per day) in order to be more effective.
