I went off this drug this morning and am looking forward to not bleeding for a month straight at a time (I think of the 3 ½ months i've been on it, i've bled for 2 ½ - 3 months). I certainly won't miss severe mood swings (or crying jags). I have't gained weight - but i've had a tough time loosing it. I wonder how long it will take for my system to get back to "normal".

I had perfect fasting blood sugar levels prior to taking Lipitor and now regularly have fastings of 283 or higher (even when my blood sugar level at night is perfect prior to going to bed). I had a salad for supper tonight and took the normal amount of insulin I took prior to taking Lipitor and later had a blood sugar level over 400. I have had excellent success with cipralex, treating anxiety and depression. Ive been on it for almost three years. In the past year i have noticed some symptoms which i suspect is the drug. The symptoms are loose stool, mild nausea, intermittent sleep issues amd weight gain of about 10 lbs. i need at least 8 hrs of sleep at night and do not have the same energy as i had before. I receive B12 shots from my doctor because my levels are low. I can tell a huge difference in my fatigue levels and energy when I need another shot. It makes a big difference and helps me to have more energy when I get the shots and keeps my levels at the right amount.

THIS DRUG PERMANENTLY CASTRATED ME. I took 10 mg a day for 5 weeks and lost all sexual function. It has been a year after discontinuation and I have not regained my libido, arousal, desire. Am completely asexual. I am not taking any drugs and have not taken any before in my life. Will most likely commit suicide. THANKS LUNDBECK! I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!!!

I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.
