At first, the medication caused nausea, so the doctors reduced the prescribed dosage for me and since the dosage was decreased, nausea also decreased and went away. Prominent side effects included constipation and weakness and there were multiple other mild side effects that went away as the dosage was decreased more.

Flagyl was prescribed to me to clear up a bacterial infection. There were minimal side effects taking this pill and the infection had cleared up by the time the prescribed amount was finished.

I'm usually satisfied with Microgestin, but lately it's been inconsistent with relieving my pain and heaviness of flow. I also had irregular bleeding 2 weeks before my normal period. I'm unsure if this is normal or a problem with Microgestin, but it will be discussed with my doctor.

Isotretinoin is a nightmare, if you are thinking of taking it DONT! 3 years after go off the drug my bones still creak every time i climb a step, my liver is still recovering and more recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. I started Lutera in March 09 and I have had the worst most severe mood swings ever, no period still from coming off depo, breast tenderness, nausea, constant diarrhea, headaches, mild acne, weight gain. I starting to wonder if it's even worth continuing on this bc pill!
