Well of course I stopped taking it, it almost killed me, if I wasn't actually dead for short periods. I got a drug store brand product that had nly echinacea in it, and it said it was good for colds. I tried it, and I worked wonders for me. I felt that it really cleared up my nose and got me better sleep at night.
