So far so good for about a month, & with no heart palpitations--but I am only taking one a day in the morning & with FOOD, such as cottage cheese. I feel a lot better because everything is not hurting all the time......its doing an amazing job & I have taken no "NSAID's" (Advil, Aleve, Naprosen, Ibuprophen, or Aspirin) or Tums, Mylanta, pepto bismol for over a month. At 67, I say, hurray!

I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely. Yes! I have had the same thing, except it starts while I have the ring in. After about a week of having a new ring in, a twitch develops under my left eye and lasts until I take the ring out. I am going to bring this up with my doctor because this can't be good....

When I have a head cold, I take Sudafed during the day. It takes my headaches away but makes me really drowsy, almost as if I'm taking Nyquil. I don't recommend it to be taken during the day.
