Last five weeks have been Blood Pressure 130/84, 138/95, 127/90, 133/85, 129/86. Weight loss has been 4Kg due to diet and exercise. Heart Rate over those 5 weeks was 61, 62, 62, 64, 59 Bpm.

Other birth control pills made me extremely nauseated and dizzy. Also, they made my acne become cystic. Yaz, has almost cleared my acne. I do have leg cramps almost every time during the third week of my pills and never had this before I started taking it. Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.
