I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I took levora for about 6 months and had to stop because the side effects. I had never taken the pill before this and didn't know what to expect. I gained about 20 lbs within the first 4 months and constantly had breast tenderness. I had extreme mood swings and a complete loss of sex drive. I often felt tired and dizzy, and for days at a time would experience terrible headaches.
