went to an Ayurvedic practitioner for help with constant headaches and occasional migraines. She classified me with excess pitta and suggested I start Bhumyamalaki nightly as well as a few other things. I started off taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and then the price of that birth control sky rocketed. I just started taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen (generic) and I do not even have one full month in. The first week was really rough during the transfer from Lo to normal Ortho. I had a lot of headaches and nausea.

The first two weeks were horrible. I couldnt sleep and extreme nausia. after the two weeks it gets 90% better. Personally I did not want to get on this in the first place because it is for weak people that cant deal with life, but it made me feel better. I no longer take it though in fear of addiction. If i cant handle life now when can I?
