the medicine made me feel tired, and i had to constantly go to the bathroom the following morning which was inconvenient b/c i had to work! i felt fatigue everytime i had bowel movement

Vyvanse is the only drug I've taken since I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm 47, so I can tell you it's not just for children. It really works, too. If anything, I have to be more careful with prioritizing my tasks, because with Vyvanse, it's easy to hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me. The drug lasts at least 8 hours. I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss.
