I have uterine fibroids and am experiencing very long periods. I tried red raspberry and it has shortened the duration to almost normal/no flow. But I am experiencing headaches and elevated blood pressure that started since I have been taking the red raspberry.

I was prescribed Cloxazolam about 7 years ago by a Neurologist in Portugal due to an irritating vibration felt in my head & neck, particularly when trying to sleep. The drug just helped me to sleep a little better. I started to reduce the dose to 1mg several weeks ago from the 2mg prescribed and then to 1/2mg 3 weeks ago and now I have stopped completely. I love it! I have had seasonal allergies for the last 2 years that has caused me to have asthma. (Note I'm 34 and never had asthma before in my life!) In March my allergies start so I start using the twisthaler before my symptoms get to bad and it helps every time. I have never had to use a rescue inhaler. I usually use the twist for about a month and im good until September when my other allergies kick in! I truly recommend it.

I have used NuvaRing for over 3 years and the onlly side effect I had was loss of sex drive. I loved being able to control my periods with it and not having to remember a pill everyday. That being said, after 3 years on it I started having severe lower abdominal pain. I originally thought it was a cyst but then the pain migrated throughout my whole pelvic area.
