I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I had pneumonia in July and about a week after I got better from that, my legs began to ache and swell. They've hurt and stayed swollen all this time. I've been seeing 3 doctors and none have been able to tell me why. There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.
